Affiliate terms

Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply to everyone who joins the AudioReel affiliate program, run by Audio Bottega S.r.l., Via Stresa 6, Milan, Italy (VAT 13617280964).

1. The program

An approved affiliate receives a personal link (audioreel.app/?ref=CODE). People who sign up with the link become customers referred by the affiliate. We approve applications by hand and may refuse any application.

2. Commission

The commission is 30% of the net amount, excluding VAT and any other tax, of every payment made by a referred customer (subscriptions and top-ups), for 12 months from that customer's signup. Only payments that are actually collected count. If a payment is refunded, the related commission is cancelled. Referred customers receive 400 trial credits instead of 200; affiliates do not receive the referral credit bonus, because the commission replaces it.

3. Payment

A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment, to cover refunds. We pay once a month, by hand, by PayPal or Wise, when the payable total reaches 50 USD; smaller amounts roll over to the following month. The affiliate is responsible for their own taxes and for giving us correct payment details.

4. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission whenever you promote AudioReel, in line with the rules that apply to you (for example the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States and the advertising rules of the Italian Advertising Self-Regulation Institute and of your own country). The disclosure must be easy to see and placed next to the promotion, for example “affiliate link” or “#ad”.

5. What is not allowed

Spam or unsolicited messages; paid advertising on the AudioReel name or brand terms, or on look-alike domains; referring yourself or people who act on your behalf, or creating fake accounts; misleading claims about AudioReel, its prices or its results; and anything that breaks the law or the rules of the platforms where you publish.

6. Closing the account

We may suspend or close an affiliate account, and cancel commissions that have not been paid, in case of abuse or if these terms are broken. You may stop being an affiliate at any time by writing to hello@audioreel.app: payable commissions already earned will still be paid.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission for future payments, giving notice by email. Continuing to promote AudioReel after the notice means you accept the change.
